My mission is to provide all my clients with the reliable and attentive service they deserve. I pride myself on my ability to provide out of the box solutions to overcome any roadblocks along the way so that I’m ready to guide my clients through this competitive market.
I grew up with many architects in the family and design was always changing in our household. My staging experience is rooted in my 15+ years in real estate. I started specializing as a buyer's agent. When my own buyers began reselling their homes, staging became a necessity. We knew without a doubt first impressions of a home are key. Staging is a service I provide to my real estate clients at no cost. I know there is a need for affordable staging. I not only know what buyers want, I research your competition and the recent sales in the area to give you a better picture on what your home needs. We want to bring your house to another level so we draw in the most buyers browsing the internet. We always strive to give a buyer an experience when they are at the home rather than just a showing. Whether it is an interactive telescope cityscape or a girls' playroom themed "Women in Space", we give you that "somethin' extra" to sell your home. As you know buyers are seeing so many properties in one day and having to make fast decisions in this market. We want your listing to shine from all the others. We also want to work with your budget and will come up with a strategy that will make the most sense for your Sellers. Every home has a story and we are here to tell the world.
I appreciate my clients and will work to no end to get them what they need. I have been a Seattlite since 1976, born in Prague, Czech Republic and I still manage to speak the language from the "Old Country". After graduating from the University of Washington in 1994, I was a litigation paralegal for 15 years. In 2006 I decided to bring my communication and research skills to real estate. When I am not renovating my 100 year old house in West Seattle, I catch up with family and friends or trying to tire out my two very exuberant Irish Setters. I am proud to call Seattle my home and look forward to helping other families settle into the Puget Sound area.
